Ben’s 100 WC

We all got home in the nick of time before the big swarm of tornados, we were all wet through! We all heard the small swarming storm running around us most of the time. At this time of night it was a waiting game. We all thought that the storm is a monster for every time we heard massive ‘CRACK’ the violent storm was smashing all the sunny harmony. We noticed a massive CRASH I didn’t know what it was but it sounded like trees and cars! I looked out the window it wasn’t just sounds it was actually Real!

Alice’s 100 word challenge

It was while we were eating dinner that rainy weather started and the winds picked up. My dad came in from work; he was drenched. I thought he should have a hot bowl of soup to warm himself up. As he sat down to eat he looked at his phone. Weather Warning! The weather lady was saying that a giant storm was coming our way…
…that night I could not sleep. The violent storm was like an unsettled pony trapped in its stable. Seeing that I could not sleep I decided to lie in bed and read a thick book.

Max’s 100 WC

Yawn! “I barely got any sleep, maybe mom won’t let me go to school today. I will go ask. Mooooooooom, I can’t go to school, the violent storm was raging all night and the tree branch kept smacking my window.” Yawn!
“Well I am sorry but if you have enough energy to shout down to me from all the way upstairs, you have enough energy to go to school.”
“Aw, do I have to?” Yawn!
“Yes, so get your clothes on and brush your teeth, your bag is down here.”
“Ok mom! ZZZZZZZZZZ!”
“Kids, what do I do with them?”

Libby’s 100 Words

” Don’t worry darling, nothing will happen to us ” were the last words I heard. Father giving me a soothing pep talk about the forthcoming weather. There were said to be trees falling over and it was advised not to leave your houses. I got mother to get some candles out ready meanwhile father was boiling the kettle for a flask of coffee, the family favourite. The world let all of it’s emotions out, screaming about the past couple of months. The violent storm was as awful as the titanic wreck and because of it, I am, on my own, sitting in a children’s ward……
